I am mother of 4 young children, I focused all my attention on them, and forgot to take care of myself as well. I was diagnosed with diabetes at the young age of 17, so my health should of been up at the top of my priorities...but it wasn't. I had severe anxiety, to the point that I was having an attack every day. I began to cope with it by drinking heavily, and gorging on junk food, which caused me to become extremely overweight. Then Beachbody came into my life, and has helped me stay focused on my physical and emotional health. I am now at a very healthy and happy stage in my life, and its only just the beginning. I want to share my story to others, so they see that they CAN overcome the struggles that have held them back from reaching any of their goals.
