🦴 Everyone benefits from stronger bones....a yoga practice mindful of how to bear the weight of your own body effectively to build stronger bones is a great way to do it!
🦴 This class is for ALL BODIES of ALL AGES and no previous yoga experience is required. You are really never too young to begin keeping your bones strong and vital. Most people do not get tested for bone health until they are in their 60s. Let's not wait to find out - we will learn practices NOW to keep our bones strong, resilient and healthy.
🦴 In addition, this class is safe ✨and imperative!✨for people who have a diagnosis of osteopenia and/or osteoporosis (low bone density). Not only will we improve posture and learn how to practice movements safely to prevent fractures but we will also work with balance to prevent falls.
