A situation when not handled becomes an issue. An issue, when not fixed becomes chaos!! Chaos either implodes or explodes - Implosion affects your health - mental health or physical health or both!!
Explosion - you hurt somebody - either mentally or physically!!
Either way, life as you knew it - will CHANGE‼️
