Medical Assistant Spotlight: Maria Tlalmanalco

Maria received her medical assistant and phlebotomy training at Royal Learning Institute. She began working at Fulton Pediatrics in April of 2023. Maria loves working in the back with our patients, but has a wide array of talents and helps with patient recalls and vaccine inventory. Maria is our other work mom and takes care of our staff just as well as she does our patients.

Medical Assistant Spotlight: Julia Villegas

Julia received her medical assistant and phlebotomy training at Royal Learning Institute and began working at Fulton Pediatrics in August of 2022. Julia loves working with our patients and helping families in need. She currently works part time with us but is greatly appreciated in the office, especially for her expertise with the special needs community.

Billing Department Spotlight: Nohemy Sandoval

Nohemy received her medical assistant training at Access Careers and is also a trained phlebotomist. She began working at Fulton Pediatrics in February of 2022. Although starting off with working in the back as a medical assistant, she primarily does billing now. Nohemy is one of our most efficient and dedicated workers, and is truly valued by the office.

Billing Department Spotlight: Kerry Angel

Kerry is currently a senior in college about to complete her nursing degree. She began working with Fulton Pediatrics primarily as a medical assistant in 2021. Now she works with the billing department, does vaccine inventory, and aids in other tasks throughout the office. Kerry is a part of our Angel sibling duo and was also a patient here first! She loves the world of pediatrics and plays a big role in planning our office events with our PA, Christine.

Fun Fact About Kerry: An avid foodie, loves coffee, heavily involved with her church, and loves trying new things!

Medical Assistant Spotlight: Amanda Angel

Amanda is currently a junior in college and has been working at Fulton Pediatrics since March of 2024. Although hesitant at first to work with kids, she has grown to love and looks forward to her daily interactions with them. Amanda currently works primarily in the back with the patients but also helps with other daily tasks throughout the office. Amanda is the newest addition to our team but is no stranger to Fulton Pediatrics, as she is a patient here herself!

Medical Assistant Spotlight: Maurys Ramirez

Maurys received her medical assistant training at Access Careers and started working with Fulton Pediatrics in February of 2022. Maurys primarily works in the back with the patients and is Fulton Pediatrics self-proclaimed manager. She loves working with the patients, the occasional goodies the PA brings, and our office staff. Maurys brings love and joy to the office and is adored by everyone.

Medical Assistant Spotlight: Juli B.

Juli received her medical assistant education from BOCES and started working at Fulton Pediatrics in 2021. She primarily works as a medical assistant in the back. Juli is known for her efficiency and is one of the main reasons why we have such a low wait time for our patients! She loves working with the kids and looks forward to her daily interactions with them.
