Lemme tell y'all the 9hrs was worth it !!
On my + smoke tube
250° 4hrs - 275° 3hrs - wrapped 17(int) 275° 2hrs
- took off at 205 (int) let rest in oven at 150°
Shout out got us all out here smoking the meats 🍖 🙌🏾

For those who asked about beef options !! My next bbq sale is will incorporate beef , just trying to figure out which cut of beef makes sense and is lucrative.. im leaning towards the brisket but that takes 12-16 hrs 🙄😅 but its worth it !! Dino Ribs i dont have the capacity to make a large batch , that would have to be exclusive/ the party ribs barely have any meat on them ... you need like 3 of them ... Any next sale will prolly be after the holidays
