I completely concur and have been incorporating evaluations for Eosinophilia to better assist patients with not only asthma but also underlying COPD, as well as those with asthma-COPD overlap syndrome. I firmly believe that biologic agents can be highly beneficial in appropriately selected patients, provided that the criteria are conjunctively applied in conjunction with current standard of care.
