Mimi Prejean-Hoopai is one of our membership coordinators at our Green Valley location.

With five years of healthcare and wellness experience, she brings a calm, welcoming presence to every patient interaction.

Her passion for healthcare began while caring for her great-grandmother, where nurses and palliative caregivers taught her patience, compassion and emotional steadiness. Their guidance shaped her approach to supporting patients and she finds the most rewarding part of her work is helping people feel comfortable and valued during their visits.

Born in Honolulu, Mimi enjoys cooking and hosting family and friends in her free time.

Fun fact: she was born on her mom’s birthday!

Bluey, the NuSpine elf, is one mischievous little guy!

He came to us to be Santa's eyes but wow.

He tp'ed our clinic. He poured eggnog into the hydrotherapy tables. He tried to take control of our check in area.

Use your remaining FSA/HSA funds or else you'll lose them. NuSpine Chiropractic care is a qualifying medical expense for FSA and HSA programs.

Even if you aren’t able to use your treatments now, you can use your 2025 funds to purchase plans that can be used in 2026.

Oh, the holidays. Lots to do with lots of running around.

Here are tips to be able to stay on your feet for this Wellness Wednesday:

🎄Stay hydrated!

🎄Stroll around and get blood flowing in your legs vs. standing still for long periods of time.

🎄Watch your posture. It will be easy to start slouching and leaning, but try to maintain this throughout the season.

🎄Get in your sit-ups and squats. Having strong abdominal support helps.

🎄Wear comfortable shoes.
