Main Street Family Medicine Update
Over the past 3 to 6 months, we have experienced a significant increase in the volume of disability and FMLA-related paperwork requests. These forms require detailed review and completion by our providers and nursing staff, adding approximately an additional hour of administrative work each day.
We understand that these forms are often necessary for work and other important needs. However, due to the impact on patient care time and overall clinic productivity, we will be implementing a fee for the completion of these forms beginning May 1, 2026.
This decision was not made lightly. It is necessary to help offset the increased administrative workload and maintain the level of care our patients expect and deserve.
