This week was pure movement magic, breath, sunshine, and soul play.
Tuesday we gathered for Family Yoga at Valley View Rec Center, creating a space where parents and kiddos moved, stretched, giggled, and connected. Hearts open, bodies flowing, families bonding — the energy was beautiful.
Wednesday we flowed under the wide open sky at Tuscany School, right at the edge of the desert mountains.
No city noise, no rush — just the sound of wind, earth under our feet, and children breathing into peace and strength. Nature always knows how to hold us.
And today, Friday, Homeschool Yoga in the park blessed us with sunshine, fresh air, dirt, grass, and that child-like freedom we all deserve. Rolling, stretching, laughing, collecting nature on our clothes — a reminder that yoga isn’t about being perfect. It is about being alive, present, playful, and deeply connected.
What a week. My heart is full.
This week’s yoga medicine brought:
– Nervous system calm and emotional grounding
– Imagination, creativity, and joyful movement
– Stronger bodies and more flexible spirits
– Mindfulness, breathwork, and emotional resilience
– Connection to nature, to community, and to self
– Sacred play — the kind that heals
If you or your little ones feel called to join in the magic with Miss Christina, come move, breathe, and grow with us.
