Q. Can I achieve a brow lift without surgery?

Avoiding sun exposure before and after your treatment is crucial to ensure a safe outcome. If you’re planning to go on a sun-filled vacation or have been spending your days laying out at the pool, summer LHR may not be for you! However, if you spend most of your time in the shade or are treating areas that don’t get exposed often (hello, bikini and underarms), treatment can typically go on as scheduled.

Light, fresh and flavorful meals are on repeat for us during the summertime, hence why we love this grilled chicken salad. It’s a true summertime winner!

Here’s how to make it 👇

INGREDIENTS
🍽️ 1 head of cauliflower, chopped
🍽️ 1 onion, chopped
🍽️ 2 garlic cloves, minced
🍽️ 4 cups of chicken broth
🍽️ 1/2 cup of heavy cream
🍽️ Salt
🍽️ Pepper

DIRECTIONS
🥗 Peel and dice the hard-boiled eggs and place them in a mixing bowl.
🥗 Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into the mixing bowl with the eggs.
🥗 Add the diced red onion to the mixing bowl.
🥗 Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste.
🥗 Mash the ingredients together with a fork until well combined and serve.
