Mary K. Zagami, PA-C

Mary is a Family Medicine Physician Assistant who is originally from Annapolis, Maryland.
She completed her Bachelor of Science at University of Maryland and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant studies at Towson University-CCBC Essex in Baltimore, Maryland.

Mary has a background in mental health care and is an advocate for holistic medicine. She holds the belief that effective healing warrants integrity, teamwork and a strong provider-patient relationship that fosters compassionate care.

Mary enjoys staying active, particularly enjoys yoga, hiking, snowboarding and hanging out with her fur babies, a dog and two cats.

Erum Malik Karafa, PA-C

Erum is a Physician Assistant in Family Medicine who earned her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant studies from the University of Cumberlands in Kentucky as well as her bachelor’s degree in Biology at UNLV.
She is originally from Long Island, NY and has been residing in the Henderson, NV area for over 15 years.
Erum comes from a family of medical professionals who demonstrates compassion, integrity and responsiveness to patient needs that supersede self-interest.
For her, it is an awesome feeling when she sees that a patient understands their disease process and the plan of care.

Natasha is a board certified Physician Assistant who joined Total Care Family Practice in April 2022. She earned both a Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Touro University in Nevada. She also has a Bachelor’s degree in biology and psychology from UNLV.

Natasha is dedicated to providing quality and compassionate patient care. She is committed to treating and educating her patients in hopes that this will not only help them achieve a healthier life, but a happier life as well.

She believes that compassion and good communication with patients is the best way to have a great outcome and taking pride in treating all patients with dignity and respects, making sure they always feel comfortable addressing all of their concerns. Knowing that she is committed to treating and educating her patients that will not only help achieve a healthier but happier life is her goal.
Born in Savannah, GA, Natasha spent most of her life in Las Vegas, NV. She enjoys cooking, traveling, outdoors activities, spending time with family and her dogs.
