We spent the morning with 8 News Now and let JC take the wheel… literally! 🚑💨 As part of their new “JC On The Job” series, we showed what it’s like to be a paramedic, including learning to drive an ambulance.

We recently recognized the MGM Grand Las Vegas security team as Hometown Heroes for their quick response during a cardiac arrest on property. Their immediate action—performing CPR and using an AED—helped save a guest’s life before our paramedics arrived and continued care.

Every second counts in cardiac emergencies, and their efforts made all the difference.

It takes a community to save a life.

Thank you to everyone who donated at our July 21st blood drive.

Together with the American Red Cross of Nevada, we reached 100% of our goal — collecting 24 units of blood, including 4 Power Red donations.

We also welcomed 2 first-time donors, and we appreciate everyone who took the time to give. Your donation matters and directly helps patients in need.

Our next drive is scheduled for September 5th from 9 AM to 2 PM at Community Ambulance. We hope to see you there!

In EMS, seconds matter. That’s why we use data as a tool.

We shared with FOX5 Las Vegas how we use real-time data to track call volume and trends; helping to guide where and when our ambulances are deployed.

The result? Faster response times and better care across Southern Nevada.

Community Ambulance is learning from the past to respond to emergency calls fast, by strategically placing ambulances throughout the Las Vegas Valley.

Earlier today, we joined the in honoring the life and service of Officer Jason Roscow. His dedication to protecting our community will never be forgotten. Our hearts are with his family, friends, and fellow officers. Rest in peace, Officer Roscow.
