We are sisters and we love working toward our health and fitness goals, but it hasn't always been that way. We were approached two years ago and asked if we'd like to join something called a "fitness accountability group" -- a place online where women get together and complete an at-home fitness program while supporting and motivating each other along the way. We declined because 1) The gym was our out, our me-time, our kid-less time. We didn't want to workout at home. 2) The money. Why pay for an at-home fitness program when I can run outside for free? 3) Nerves. Can I do that? After rejecting the initial invitation we started reflecting on our fitness journey and came away feeling rather underwhelmed. What we were currently doing wasn't working. So we decided to commit to the full 90 days, invest in our health by getting an at-home fitness program, give-up our time at the gym and wake up early to fit in our workouts. We KNEW we needed support along the way so the online accountability group was amazing for us.

90 days later we both came through with great physical results, but we also received something we weren't expecting. We didn't just feel strong physically, but mentally, emotionally and spiritually as well. This group had such an impact on our overall well-being we decided to start running the groups ourselves. So yes, we love reaching our health and fitness goals, but more importantly, we love helping OTHERS discover what we found: a strong body, heart and mind; the realization that we are strong and capable ... and so are you.

TEXAS LATEST: At least 118 people have died from the devastating flooding in the Texas Hill Country, with 173 people still missing as of Wednesday afternoon.

Kerr County was hit the hardest, with at least 95 deaths, including 36 children. The vast majority of the missing – 161 people – are in Kerr County as well. That number includes five campers and one counselor from Camp Mystic.

Search and recovery operations are ongoing.
