Our Area: Assistcare has been providing home care services to patients throughout the North East Texas area since 1996. Our services are provided by a variety of highly skilled and specially trained dedicated professionals. These professionals assist each patient to regain maximal function and independence as allowed by each patient’s disease process. The patient is involved in developing their personalized plan of care.
