At KidStrong, our movement-based challenges during the KidStrong Fall Challenge help kids develop the next level of coordination, strength and resilience—all while having a whole lot of fun.
We believe that strong minds require strong bodies (and vice versa!). That’s why this week we’re focusing on sports skills and athletic development for the whole child.
