Range Warm Up 🏌🏻‍♂️
Try this quick 1 minute warm up to prepare your body to hit balls. All you need is a club.

This warm up gets your body moving in multiple planes, challenging your balance and loosens you up into rotation and side bending to promote tension-less backswing, impact and follow through postures.

1. Lunge with overhead reach
2. Lateral lunge with opposite side end reach
3. Lateral step over with same side reach
4. Rotation with trail leg step back
5. Rotation with lead leg step over
6. Rotation with lead leg step back
7. Rotation with trail leg step over
