Thank you to my amazing Las Vegas students, recently we’ve switched class days from Sundays to Saturday these past few weeks and we appreciate all who were able to adapt to the switch!! Sundays will be back soon!

Regardless, flying out to Vegas is always worth it, my yoga students are so dedicated and while each class is different, (we’ve been incorporating some Pilates in some of the classes) they welcome it all! ☺️

Celebrating 8 incredible years of teaching yoga today! 🧘🏽‍♀️✨

Each class has been a journey of love, growth, and connection. From local studios to teaching in homes and recreation centers, to traveling for diverse events, I’m grateful for every moment and Im blessed that I’m able to do what I love ❤️

And to think…this was just a hobby, something to do at home on my living room floor. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Las Vegas!!!! Trap Yoga is returning with brand new classes!!!

Join us Saturday, February 22nd for yoga flow that will leave your feeling stress free and ready to take over the 🌎

Each class has a new playlist created to motivate you and get your blood flowing!

Trap and R&B yoga is great for beginners yet challenging enough for any seasoned yogi.

It’s also a great way to meet new people, hear your favorite hip-hop and R&B tunes, and have an overall good time!

Early tickets are suggested because space is limited and classes usually sell out!

So grab a friend or come solo, we can’t wait to see you there!

Yesterday I taught my biggest yoga class to date in Vegas!!! 🥹🥹🥹

Personal manifestations are always the so special…God really really is listening ☺️

Trap and R&B Yoga today was a deep-stretch, hip-opening, stress-relief, full body class!! 💕

The rain didn’t stop us from pulling up and giving ourselves the best yoga workout followed by a ten-minute guided meditation 🧘🏽‍♀️🎶❤️😎

Thank you to everyone who showed up for class this morning!!! And…we had so many first timers!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
