Hey, all my mental health friends!! Here is a fabulous training I highly recommend coming up this week if you need CEUs or just wanna learn Hit her up!
It will be providing a 2 Day training on Assessment, Diagnosing using the DC 0-5 and Best Practices with children 0 to 5 years old on Nov. 21 and 22nd from 10am-4pm.
This will be online and interactive, providing those in attendance with 12 CEUs (NV MFT/CPC Board Approved) and priced at $150.

These are distress tolerance skills that are designed to keep pain from turning into suffering. These tips allow us to acknowledge that denying facts of reality will not change the facts. Radical acceptance helps eliminate thoughts of “this unfair” “Why me?” “Why now?” It is NOT approval but accepting we cannot change the present facts even if we do not like them.
