Dealing with persistent red flushes on the cheeks or pesky stubborn bumps on the skin?

Here are quick tips to manage ROSACEA‼️⬇️‼️

1. Identify and avoid your triggers. Common triggers include spicy foods, alcohol, hot drinks, hot weather, sun exposure, and stress.

2. Use a gentle skin care routine. Avoid harsh soaps, cleansers, and exfoliants.

3. Moisturize regularly. Use a moisturizer that is oil-free and non-comedogenic.

4. Protect your skin from the sun. Wear a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher every day, even on cloudy days.

5. Take WARM baths and showers. Avoid HOT water, as this can irritate your skin.

6. Be gentle with your skin. Don't rub or scrub your face. Pat it dry with a soft towel.

7. Use a cool compress. Apply a cool compress to your face for 10-15 minutes to help reduce redness and inflammation.

8. Avoid using makeup. If you must wear makeup, choose products that are fragrance-free and non-comedogenic.
