"I had what I expected to be the most humiliating experience of my life, a colonoscopy. I met with Catherine Russell, a very kind and thoughtful nurse who explained the whole process. The pre-op staff was amazing! Prior to the exam I met with Dr. Herrero then after the exam I met with him again to tell me my exam was fine. His bedside manor was hilarious. I don't have to do this for another 10 years!"
