At the Grabow Hand to Shoulder Center our goal is to provide you high quality personalized care for your hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder problems.

Our number one priority is your well-being and this will be apparent from your first phone call. Dr.Grabow likes to talk to his patients and answer their questions. You will see that he is committed to empowering you to take an active role and understanding of your diagnosis and treatment so that you receive the best care and best outcome as possible. He has designed and created an extensive online educational tool for his patients through his website and provides a detailed educational prescription to his patients after each visit to utilize its powerful interactive educational system. Dr.Grabow is versed in the latest therapy methods and always emphasizes conservative treatment before surgery is considered. You can rest assured, however, that Dr.Grabow is adept at the latest surgical and minimally invasive techniques including complex shoulder replacement, endoscopic carpal tunnel release, and small joint arthroscopy. Additionally he is the only surgeon in Nevada offering the minimally invasive Dupuytren's treatment - Needle Aponeurotomy (also known as Percutaneous Needle Release) and has patients visit from across the country to be treated. "My experience with Graybow Hand to Shoulder Center couldn't have been better. I live 2 hours north west of Vegas and was having a very hard time finding a doctor that would help me as I was told by urgent care that my wrist was broken. They don't cast and told me to go see a doctor the next day. Dr Graybow was booked and still made time to see me as it was a Friday and I really didn't want to go through the weekend with what I thought was a broken wrist. Turned out it wasn't broken but Dr Graybow was very worried about infection due to the skin that had peeled off my arm. After 2 weeks of treatment by Dr Graybow, my arm has never looked better. "
