Dear Patients,

I hope this message finds you well. After many rewarding years of serving this wonderful community, I am writing to announce my official retirement as of October 15, 2024. With this transition, the Corpus Christi Clinic will also officially close its doors.

It has been an honor to care for you and your families, and I deeply appreciate the trust you have placed in me and my team over the years. As I step into this new chapter, I do so with fond memories and gratitude for the experiences we've shared.

For those of you needing assistance with medical records or finding a new provider, we are here to help. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need further support during this transition.

Our office will be closing permanently on October 1st, 2024. Make your final visits to get your refills and office records as soon as possible. Current office hours are 930am - 5pm
