Talk of the Town, LLC is a speech, language, and orofacial myofunctional therapy private practice serving Henderson and the Las Vegas area. Talk of the Town (TOTT) is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with disorders or deficits in the areas of speech (i.e., articulation, phonology, apraxia, stuttering), language (expressive, receptive, pragmatic), and orofacial myofunctional therapy (i.e., tongue thrust therapy). TOTT also provides an effective program in eliminating thumb/digit sucking. Our ultimate goal is to assist each individual in developing a more effective, independent and improved quality of life. TOTT believes that ongoing parent training and consultation with specialists working with the individual will foster success and generalization of the learned skills across all environments.
