UNLV holds vigil to honor slain professors on one-year anniversary and features murals, 4,000 origami cranes, and memorial scholarships to pay tribute.

With one week left to the presidential election, many people are experiencing election-related stress and anxiety. In addition to taking action by voting and talking with a therapist, the attached article discusses ways of caring for yourself in this time.

Psychologists say it's normal to feel stress and negative emotions in times of uncertainty. There are also things you can do to take care of yourself.

Happy Birthday, Sandstone Psychological Practice! Today, we celebrate 10 years of providing mental health services to the Henderson/ Las Vegas community. We couldn't be more grateful to our clients, fellow clinicians, family, community partners, and everyone involved in helping us provide the care that we do. We are so lucky to love the work we do and the people we work with. The first 10 years have been a wild adventure in many ways, and we're excited for what the future may hold. We know that our imminent future includes donuts, seasonal coffee, boba, and treats throughout the week. 🎉🥰🥳🎂
