From unmotivated to unstoppable 💪🔥 Ryan’s fitness journey with Sam started back in 2020, when the world was shut down. At first, Ryan struggled with discipline and drive, but with Sam’s guidance at Refined Personal Training, everything changed.

Ryan not only got stronger, he discovered a true passion for fitness that led him to compete in powerlifting, winning medals and even setting a Nevada state record! 🏅 Today, he’s a UNLV cybersecurity student, photographer, and now even tackling new challenges like rock climbing 🧗‍♂️, all while keeping health and strength a top priority.
