The mind can be loud at times. Emotions can swirl.
Rampant or unresolved emotions and stress can quickly lead to dis-ease and pain.

* Guided meditation and breath work can help still your mind. You do not need to push uncomfortable feelings out, but are encouraged to be an observer to your thoughts and emotions. See them, embrace them, and then let them go.
* Acupuncture and body work can help communicate with your nervous system. It can help gently transition you out of fight or flight and into rest and digest, providing your body and mind the permission to relax so that it can remember how to heal. Your fascia can soften and your blood, fluids, and energy (qi) can flow. Your pain can release, allowing your spirit to rest.
* Daily movement can help support the movement and balance of your blood, fluid, and qi. Blockages manifest as pain and practicing gentle and consistent movement can decrease the space for dis-ease to grow.
* Eating warm whole foods, with consistency and mindfulness, can support the wellbeing of body, mind, and spirit. Nourish digestion to nourish the mind.
