Happy Friday, BRE fans! Whether you're building a new BRE Tribute Car, refreshing an old race car, or trying to keep all 4 wheels of your hot-rod Z on the ground (if you've taken a Z up to speed you know they lift!) you need genuine BRE Body Parts!

Our Datsun 510 and 240Z body parts are identical to the parts Peter Brock fabricated in the 1960's for the BRE Datsun race team- because the molds were created using his old blueprints and under his careful scrutiny!

In addition, Peter designed an updated version of his Z rear spoiler (slightly wider and taller) for performance street cars and made a version of the original BRE 240Z Front Spook (Peter's combination of Spoiler and Scoop) for the later 260Z/280Z front end.

Please note: if you plan to race, stick to the "Original" rear spoiler for your Z, as some organizations require cars to use "period" parts and may not allow the updated Brock-Designed Rear Spoiler.

All parts are available in fiberglass or carbon fiber. Fiberglass parts will need to be sanded and prepped for paint, carbon parts are finished in a glossy clearcoat and ready to install!

Happy Friday, BRE fans! With the recent buzz around one-off items we've found in Peter's archives, we thought we'd take today to remind you that we offer historical, high-quality prints from the BRE Photo Archives year-round on our website. These prints are made directly from scans of Peter's original slides, some of which are now over 60 years old!

The photo showcased here is the "Transition Year: 1970"

In 1970, the BRE team was ecstatic at the thought of racing Datsun's stunning new 240Z sports car. At the beginning of the 1970 season however the Zs were not yet ready.

John Morton and John McComb continued to run the BRE Datsun 2000 Roadsters while the Zs were being built. The wait will have been worth it. At the end of the '70 season, John Morton would win the C Production Championship with his #46 240Z racer.

This photo was taken during an unusually cold spell at Road Atlanta the week of the ARRC races. John McComb, a midwest native, recalls; "It was cold, like 45 degrees. I felt sorry for those CA boys".

The A/C went out in the top floor of the BRE building (where our offices are- the BRE Showroom downstairs is still cool!) so in an effort to beat the heat while we wait for repairs we've spent some time in the showroom and the archives. The best find so far are these TRIPLE AUTOGRAPHED & NUMBERED art pieces!

These are part of a 46 art piece numbered run (e.g. 01/46, 02/46) and went from the West Coast to the East Coast to be personally signed by BOTH BRE 240Z team drivers, John Morton and John McComb as well as BRE team owner and manager, Peter Brock.

Size is 13”x19” so it’s a nice size, visible across the room yet not so big as to require a remodel!

We have less than ten available, so get yours now! With them we found some versions without signatures, and not part of the numbered run. The prints are the same quality on the same thick paper stock, just smaller in height as they don't have the signature block at the bottom.

Bobby Allison was a true gentleman and we're honored to say he was also a good friend. When he passed late last year it was clear we had to pay tribute to him this May 10th (510 Day).

The artwork on the pin cards is the best we've ever had done with an artistic rendering of Bobby, his #85 BRE 510 racecar and an archive photo of Bobby with Peter Brock in 1972.
