Telehealth is a great opportunity for your child's therapist to see them in their natural environment and help you integrate therapy techniques right in your home!

Shine Pediatric Therapy will remain telehealth-only on Tuesday, 1/27. You will receive a call from your child's therapist regarding switching their appointment to telehealth. ❄️❄️

A snowstorm is coming, which means the perfect opportunity to turn play into skill-building! This weekend, try:
☃️ Building a snowman (core strength + teamwork)
❄️ Shoveling or scooping snow (heavy work for regulation)
🎯 Throwing snowballs at a target (motor planning + coordination)
🧤 Zipping and buttoning coats & pulling on gloves (fine motor wins!)
👂Play “Simon Says: Snow Day Edition” (auditory skills)
❄️Name snow items: snow, cold, melt, freeze, slippery (language & vocabulary)
☃️ Describe with adjectives: cold, wet, fluffy, crunchy (language & vocabulary)
