This Monday, September 15th, we sweat for Charlie 🇺🇸🙏

Every rep tells his story:

31 for his years, 16 & 33 from John 16:33 — “In this world you will have trouble. But take heart; I have overcome the world.” A reminder of peace and courage in trials.
1776 is split into 17 burpees + 76 single-unders to honor the freedom he loved. Farmer carries and rowing symbolize the weight of liberty and the endurance of faith.

This one’s for you, Charlie.

• 200 m Run

Main (For Time — cap 25:00)

Complete the following in order:
1. 31 Kettlebell Swings — “bear the weight” (age 31).
2. 16 Pull-Ups (or 16 Ring Rows scaled) — John 16:33
3. 33 Push-Ups — John 16:33.
4. 17 Burpees — the first half of 1776 (17).
5. 76 Single-Unders — the second half of 1776 (76).
6. 400 m Farmer Carry(2 KBs / DBs) — finish by shouldering the burden of freedom forward.
