Did you know research shows that gratitude has a profound impact on our mental health? When we communicate what we're grateful for, whether writing in a journal, talking about it, or especially praying, it has the potential to actually change the chemistry of our brain. When we fill and focus our minds on what God has given us, it changes how we experience life. We don't pretend that hard things aren't happening, but we choose to be defined by hope.
