Most people don’t realize that chronic neck tension isn’t just about tight muscles… it can directly affect how your nervous system responds to stress.

When your cervical spine loses its normal motion or alignment, the muscles around your neck tighten, joints become restricted, and the nervous system can become overstimulated.
