⭐️Lose Weight, Improve Your Blood Pressure to Avoid The Risks of Blood Pressure Medications.

😞One of the common statements I hear when people are not ready to change for their health is: " it's okay, that's what the medications are for".

You cannot see the inside of your body to know what is going on.

By the time you are having symptoms of weight gain, fatigue, pain, low energy levels, increased blood pressure, anxiety, depression, your body is calling out for help.

💊Common practice is to be medicated and think that the body will sort itself to health.

Wrong. That is just a band aid🩹 to the problem.

A typical example is the problem on high blood pressure. Many medications have been recalled for "concerns for cancer risk". Medications such as losartan, irbersartan, valsartan, quinalapril, hydrochlorothiazide among others have been recalled.

Problem is, it's too late by the time recalls are done. People have taken these blood pressure medications once, twice or three times a day over a course of months and years (forever);

♥️Point is, blood pressure can be improved if you are willing to change. No medications. Just pure nature, behavior, food.
