Self Care for 2024 back on track

I’m trying to get my Mind Right from all the Holiday Indulgence that I partook of ..

The 15 pounds I lost 7 of them have found thier way back.

I got on the scale this morning and oooooh .. I said u better stop … u doing too much 😀

Today I started working my way back to Good Sense and Healthy Eating

After sleeping in and getting me some good rest

1. Breakfast- Detox Tea and 1 Boiled Egg

2. Lunch - Half a Pack of Tuna and a Boiled egg - Class of Lemon Water

3 Dinner - this salad , other half of tuna packet and Lemon Water continued

Yesterday for New Years Eve
Epson Salt Soak & Bubble Bath

Have any of u Tried this Nutrition Work
Beets with Tumeric & Ginger .. I’m gonna try it hopefully I can get down and ut taste decent .
I know Beets are good for u .. in several ways but they taste bad

I also Did some stretching this morning
