We are SO grateful to Wren George with Patchwork Community Care for facilitating a wellness workshop for our early recovery group.

Wren covered topics from sleep and nutrition, heart, lungs and liver health, smoking cessation and sexual wellness!

Often times, in active addiction and early recovery, we neglect our health and wellness and it was such an informative session that engaged our participants and staff.
