Finally… new signage at the new space! It’s taken awhile and still slowly have to replace a couple more things, but over time, it’s becoming home 🩷

And I am so busy, I have no where to put anyone. So, I’m opening up my Tuesday and Thursday afternoons for appts.

The front lounge area is almost done.

I wanted to give a huge shoutout and thank you to Dave Michalski for painting this pic for me of a photo I fell in love with online.

Re-re-grand opening is in the works. Once my signage is complete.

It’s been a process and things are still not fully replaced, but this space has been a blessing.

My Chiropractic table went in for reupholstering today!

Another step…

It’s looking like a New Year, new place kinda thing.

We have a week til Christmas… I have gift certificates for Chiropractic and personal training. In this time as I am still gathering things I need… I would appreciate any gift certificates purchased for yourself, family, friends, co-workers, employees….. etc. I have two more big expenses…my ultrasound and estim machine and new signage.

The expenses from the go fund that my aunt created, t-shirt and hoodie sales, a private donation towards flooding, and a private loan, with a gracious 0% interest) to pay off all the old equipment that I had another year of paying on has helped me cover, old equipment payoff, flooring, and the new equipment. I am blessed. I still have a ways to go til… I am fully back and in a new space and a new home for what I do.

It is all coming together…. I appreciate all the donations.

Now let’s…. Purchase some gift certificates for what I love to do and that will help me get the last big expenses.

For all who wonder… here is what I do….

Chiropractic- my treatments are 25-30 minutes. No whack and crack at my place. I take my time and don’t see 50 people in an hour. I block 30 minutes off per patient. I do muscle balancing, manual therapy, trigger point work and dry needling. I do non force, low force and regular adjustments. It is hands on the whole time. I don’t do expensive plans or set up a gazillion appointments that may not even be needed. I try to get you back to where you need to be quickly 🙂

Personal Training- I have owned and operated a gym and have been a personal trainer for over 20 years. I would love to hear about your goals and what you are looking for. If you have a particular style of training you are looking for. I love variety in my own programming and workouts and love delivering that to my clients as well. Who wants to be bored while working out…haha. I offer a free consult and session to see if we are a good fit for training 🙂
