Life with three little boys means the pace is wild, the days are full, and the moments move fast. Jen knows that rhythm well. As a new year begins and routines start to settle back in, she’s learned the importance of pausing, taking a breath, and noticing the small moments that help her reset and keep going. If you’re finding your footing again this season, this one’s for you.

Celebrating a legacy that spans generations. 💙

After more than 48 years with AdventHealth, Daveena Willey is retiring, leaving behind a legacy of compassion, faithfulness and care.

Starting in October 1977, Daveena spent nearly all of her time on our team as the friendly, reassuring voice greeting people when they called the hospital. For countless patients, loved ones, providers and community members, she was often the very first connection during moments of uncertainty.

Daveena brought calm, kindness and unwavering dedication to every call, every day. She showed up fully, with a deep love for her community and our mission, helping others feel supported during some of life’s most difficult moments. Her presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of working alongside her and hearing her voice on the other end of the line.

As she begins this next chapter, Daveena is looking forward to sleeping in and spending time with her bestie, Elaine.

Thank you, Daveena, for 48 years of living out AdventHealth’s mission to extend the healing ministry of Christ. You will always be part of our AdventHealth family.
