We hope everyone is safe from the recent tornadoes that hit Madison/Hendersonville/Gallatin/Clarksville areas.

For everyone's safety, we will not be in the office today, Monday, December 11, due to the debris on the ground (including power lines) left by the tornadoes near and around our office building. We will not be there in person to receive requests for transfer of records nor to hand over copy of records requested in advance. We're hoping the parking area will be clear before the end of this week.

Your new doctor's office can also fax to us your signed consent for transfer of records to e-fax # (615)205-3250. We will then send your records by e-fax directly to them. For your own disc copy, we charge $6.50 per disc to cover for handling and postage. Thank you for your cooperation.

We will keep you posted regarding any changes.

With a heavy heart, Sumner Pediatrics has permanently closed its doors on November 30,2023. The staff appreciate dearly our friends who have been with us since March 2010. Thank you for your trust in us all these years. God bless everyone and we pray that, one day, we will meet again.

In observance of Memorial Day, our office is closed today, Monday, May 29, 2023. We will be back in the office tomorrow with regular office hours at 9am.

Today is a day of reflection and remembrance of those who died while serving in the U.S. military. Let us therefore say a prayer or 2 for all the men and women who fought for our beloved country and for the freedom we are now blessed with.
