Your massage doesn’t end when you leave the table—
what you do after matters just as much.

Here’s how to make your results last:

• Hydrate – Your muscles just released a lot… help your body flush it out
• Keep moving (gently) – Light stretching or a short walk keeps things from tightening back up
• Heat, not hustle – Warm showers, heating pads, and rest > jumping right back into stress
• Listen to your body – A little soreness is normal… pain is not. Adjust accordingly
• Stay consistent – One massage feels good… regular care creates real change

Self-care between sessions = longer-lasting relief

Sometimes the smallest habits make the biggest difference.
One of the best things you can do for your body before bed?

Stretch your hips and legs for 2–3 minutes.

Your muscles tighten up during the day from:
• sitting
• driving
• working
• stress

A few simple stretches before bed can help:
✔ reduce stiffness
✔ improve sleep

The splenius capitis is a muscle located on the back of your neck, running from the upper spine to the base of the skull.

Its main jobs are to:
• Help turn your head side to side
• Assist with looking up
• Support your neck and head posture

When the splenius capitis gets tight or overworked, you might notice:
⚡ Neck stiffness
⚡ Headaches starting at the base of the skull
⚡ Limited ability to turn your head
⚡ Pain after long hours at a computer or looking down at your phone
