Safety is always a top priority at Park Place Senior Living.
This morning, our team participated in hands-on emergency preparedness training to ensure we are ready to support our residents in any situation. Our Maintenance Director, Chip - who has proudly served Park Place for 28 years - joined our new General Manager, Jenna Wetherholt, in leading a demonstration of our stair evacuation chair, a specialized device designed to safely assist residents down stairways if an evacuation is ever needed.
At Park Place, it’s not just about providing a beautiful place to live - it’s about creating a community where residents and families can feel confident knowing safety is always at the forefront. 💙

Park Place has been proudly serving residents and their families, consistently under one ownership, since 1984. We are nestled into the quaint suburb of Nashville in Hendersonville. We offer Five Star service in both Independent and Assisted Living options and was recognized as Sumner County’s Best Assisted Living Community.
We are more than a retirement community but an active and caring family. Park Place is a 98 unit community consisting of two wings: 73 independent apartments with six different floor plans. Each independent apartment has a kitchenette to include a stove/oven and full-size refrigerator. In a separate wing of the building, we have 25 assisted living apartments. We have on site a beauty salon, chapel, activities room, library, newly-renovated therapy gym, billiard/card game rooms. In the Independent Wing, we have safety checks in place, to help ensure a secure setting. This plan gives both our residents and their family members peace of mind.
There is no lease to sign, as we offer a month to month leasing option. The monthly rent includes three meals per day in the dining room, housekeeping, maintenance, basic utilities (phone and cable excluded) and scheduled transportation to doctor’s appointments. We offer our Independent residents assistance through our Personalized Caring System, Park Place Plus. For example, care may include assistance with medications. This system enables are residents to remain safely in their Independent Apartments while still receiving care.
In our Assisted Living wing our residents receive the same amenities mentioned above, but also an all-inclusive caring system under one flat monthly rate. The care assistance may include; bathing, dressing, toileting, medications, daily light housework, laundry. In this caring environment, we offer our residents hands on care every two hours or more if needed. In addition to the safety call system, our Assisted Living residents also wear an emergency pendant with GPS for added security.
