Natasha is an accomplished healthcare professional and academic leader with extensive experience in integrative functional wellbeing, dermatology, adult urological and hormonal therapy, and nursing education.

She is deeply committed to promoting holistic wellness through evidence-based, patient-centered care and brings a strong passion for advancing clinical excellence across both clinical and academic settings.

As an educator and leader, Natasha is dedicated to mentoring future healthcare professionals, supporting experiential learning, and fostering environments that emphasize competence, compassion, and lifelong education.

Dr. Anthony Dallas has provided healthcare for thousands of patients in the area over the past 26 years and started the business of Better You. It is always our intent to work with you in making well informed decisions about your healthcare with the goal of better living, better confidence, and a better you.

Dr. Nicholas Tarola is now the Medical Director and is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, who specializes in making individuals look and feel good about themselves. Dr. Tarola oversees our current nurse practitioner and owner, Elisha Hill, and registered nurse and owner, Jennifer Hannah, as they treat and care for the patients of Better You.

You can enjoy a relaxing massage with our amazing massage therapist, Kimberly Webb, who performs sports, Swedish, prenatal and deep tissue massages.
