NOT every Children's Ibuprofen is recalled.
The recall is for Strides Pharma's 100-miligram Children's Ibuprofen Oral Suspension, sold in a 4-fluid-ounce bottle. The lot numbers for the affected bottles are 7261973A and 7261974A, and the medication expires on Jan. 31, 2027, according to the FDA report. The recall number is D-0390-2026.
The bottle is labeled as Children's Ibuprofen Oral Suspension (NSAID) 100 mg per 5 mL, Berry Flavor
