Use salt in your shower to scrub away the old energy and energy that doesn’t belong to you and imagine it all going down the drain.
This ritual is perfect to use before setting intentions.
Bonus: Compete your shower with any symbols of welcoming in the new. Use Orange or Cinnamon or whatever essential oil or herb beckons you! Just sprinkle or squeeze some under the water for the aroma and then inhale the sweet and joyful intentions- welcoming them into your new year.
