Two Truths and A Lie about Chiropractic Care!

1️⃣ Poor movement patterns create chronic inflammation in joints and muscles.
• Repeated dysfunctional movement loads the joints unevenly, irritates soft tissues, and forces the body into a constant low grade stress response.

2️⃣ Many parents notice better sleep, calmer behavior, and improved focus after their children are adjusted.
• When a child’s spine moves properly, their nervous system operates with less tension, often showing up as better rest and more regulated behavior.

3️⃣ If you don’t have pain, there’s no reason to see a chiropractor.
• Pain is usually the last stage of dysfunction. The spine can be under stress for months or years before symptoms appear. Chiropractic is about function first, and pain relief is just one of the side benefits.
