🍻 Happy Hour Fun!

A big thank you to David Barnett, owner of Oasis Salon, for generously sponsoring our resident Happy Hour! He treated everyone to a wonderful selection of charcuterie board snacks and refreshing drinks that made the event extra special.

David also handed out a “Happy Hour Special” coupon to all who attended—such a thoughtful touch!

🍀 St. Patrick’s Day Celebration! 🇮🇪

Our residents enjoyed a wonderful St. Patrick’s Day filled with fun, food, and festive spirit! The day kicked off with a delicious lunch buffet featuring Irish-inspired favorites like cabbage apple sausage, corned beef hash with potatoes, carrots, garlic mashed potatoes, and warm dinner rolls—absolutely scrumptious! Thank you to Alli and her amazing staff and all the directors who helped serve lunch yesterday! ☘️🇮🇪

The celebration continued with Rick singing cheerful Irish songs while residents were treated to shamrock shakes for a sweet dessert! 🍦🎶

Everyone got into the spirit by dressing in green and sharing big smiles for the camera! It was such a joy celebrating together with our residents, along with Rick, Kelly, Patsy, and Sabrina. A special thank you to Sabrina for helping serve lunch, passing out shamrock shakes, and even dancing with Kelly and the residents! 💚

What a fun and memorable day for all! 🍀

Family Bingo Night was a big hit! 🎉 Our residents and their families came out to enjoy a fun evening of bingo together. We had many wonderful prize baskets that were awarded to our lucky winners, and everyone had a blast playing!

Guests also enjoyed some delicious desserts and refreshments while spending time together with Rick and Kelly. The best part of the night was seeing families and residents laughing, playing, and making special memories together. ❤️

We would like to give a huge thank you to our generous community partners for donating the amazing prize baskets: Judy Keown, Accent Care, Amedisys Hospice, Adoration Hospice, Home Instead, Amedisys Home Health, Adoration Home Health, Preferred Care at Home, Aveanna Hospice, and HighPoint Hospice. 🎬🎤 Epic: Elvis Presley In Concert Movie Outing!

We had an amazing time on our outing to the NCG Movie Theatre to see Epic: Elvis Presley In Concert! A bus full of residents joined the fun as we watched this incredible film featuring never-before-seen footage of Elvis Presley.

Everyone grabbed their popcorn and drinks, sat back, and enjoyed watching the King of Rock and Roll at his very best! It was a wonderful afternoon filled with great music, smiles, and special memories shared together.

We love opportunities like this to get out, have fun, and enjoy time with friends! 🎶🍿

The Next Mountain Trio singing “Take Me Home, Country Roads”! 🎙️🎸

The Next Mountain Trio stopped by to play some bluegrass and country music, and they were incredible! 🎶 It almost felt like we were sitting at the Grand Ole Opry. They did plenty of picking and grinning and kept everyone smiling the whole time. 😊

We sure hope they come back to visit again real soon! 🎙️🎸

🏈 Super Bowl Celebration 🏈

Residents had a fantastic time at our Super Bowl party, enjoying plenty of delicious snacks and cold drinks! Everyone had fun participating in a Super Bowl poll, relaxing together, and cheering on their favorite teams. The highlight of the day was simply spending time together and sharing great moments with friends. 🏈

Jeff Winer, from “Home Helpers Home Care”, visited our residents on Tuesday to talk about “Fraud”. He brought a great presentation that asked our residents “Fraud or For Real? He showed them examples of emails they might get and how to know if it’s real or fraud. It was very enlightening and we all learned how to be more aware of fraudulent emails and texts! Thank you again Jeff for stopping by and sharing your knowledge with us! 💻

❤️Valentine’s Day Party! ❤️ Residents had a wonderful time at our Valentine party! Laughter filled the room as we played Valentine’s Day bingo, family feud, and a candy heart stacking game within a minute. A big thank you to Patsy Herron and Sherry Davidson Worsham for all their help!
