Happy Mother’s Day to all of the wonderful mothers, grandmothers, and mother figures in our community! 🌸💐

Our ladies and their families enjoyed a beautiful Mother’s Day Tea in celebration of this special occasion. Guests were treated to delicious cucumber and pimento cheese sandwiches, cherry and peach cobblers, and delightful cupcakes from The Cupcake Collection.

Each lady in attendance received a lovely flower as a small token of appreciation for the love, wisdom, and care they have shared throughout the years.

A special thank you to Preferred Care at Home for generously sponsoring this wonderful event. We would also like to thank Patsy, Kelly, and Rick for their help in making this celebration so memorable.

It was a heartwarming afternoon filled with sweet treats, beautiful flowers, and cherished moments with loved ones. 🌷💕

🌮Cinco de Mayo was a festive celebration for all! Everyone enjoyed a delicious lunch buffet featuring chicken fajitas, beef tacos, street corn, and sweet churros. We dressed in festive attire and took time to learn about the history and significance of Cinco de Mayo, making it both a fun and meaningful day for everyone involved. Our friends had a wonderful time participating in a Duck Hunt sponsored by HighPoint Hospice and Accent Care! Ducks were hidden all around the community, and they received a prize for every one they found—making it a fun and rewarding adventure for everyone involved.

We proudly celebrated National Volunteer Week by honoring the incredible individuals who give their time and heart to our residents each week. To show our appreciation, we hosted a special lunch from Demos’ Restaurant and presented each volunteer with a thoughtful “Thank You” bag.

Your kindness, dedication, and generosity make such a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve. We truly couldn’t do what we do without you. This is your week—and we celebrate and appreciate you today and every day! 💙
