Moving into Fall, several folks have pain as the weather gets colder. Here’s a couple of helpful tips: take B6, hydrate well, add on clothes or heat, and exercise. From us, older and younger folks, I hear complaints about exercising. You don’t have to go to the gym. Moving your body is super duper healing. Start out doing low amount like 10 or less of movements and weights and increase as you feel comfortable. You will assuredly benefit from listening and responding to your physical “complaints”. ♥️🙏🪷💫
