Join us every 1st Saturday of the month for an energizing and inclusive facilitator-led drum circle designed to bring people together through rhythm and community. Whether you're a seasoned drummer or trying it for the first time, this welcoming space encourages connection, expression, and fun.

Please bring your own drum if you have one. If you need one provided, contact Kelly at tttlokf@outlook.com so we can have one ready for you. Chairs will be provided.
Not into drumming? You're still welcome! Those who prefer to dance, move, or simply enjoy the rhythm from the sidelines are encouraged to participate in their own way.

Join us for our monthly ecstatic dance!

Ecstatic dance is a free-form, non-judgmental style of movement and expression. Participants are encouraged to dance however they feel, without talking, drinking, or using substances. The focus is on personal expression, emotional release, and connecting with the body and music.

The music usually starts slow, builds in intensity, and then gradually winds down, creating a kind of wave or journey. There's no choreography or set steps - everyone moves in their own unique way.

Ecstatic dance can be spiritual, therapeutic, or simply a fun way to move and release stress. No prior dance experience is required, come as your full beautiful self. We dance barefoot to help us ground and connect with Mother Earth. To protect the sanctity of this practice, no photography or videography will be allowed.

6-6:30pm - Arrival/Warmup

6:30pm - Opening Circle (Doors lock)

6:45-8pm - Dance!

Yin is a slower paced practice, where specific passive, restful postures are held for an extended time, usually between 3 to 10 minutes. These longer holds target the deep connective tissues; fascia, ligaments, and joints. Props are provided as needed.

This is a great option for a beginner or for someone wanting to improve flexibility and joint health. We have several options for this class - both heated and unheated!

We're back with another Intro to Yoga Series! Curious about trying yoga? Familiar, but looking to deepen your knowledge and existing practice?

Explore the basic principles and foundations of yoga with our Introduction to Yoga Series!
Carefully constructed for both new and experienced yogis, this 4-week series will provide tools for beginners looking to develop a yoga practice, and integrative insights for those with an already established practice.

You will learn:
The most common yoga poses.
How to practice yoga poses safely and comfortably in your body.
How and when to modify your practice using props for healthy alignment.
Transitioning between poses.
How to coordinate breath with movement.
Yoga fundamentals: benefits of the practice, basic history and philosophy, simple breathing and meditation techniques.
A sample of various styles of yoga.

Each session will include a brief lecture and discussion about yoga, followed by a slow and gentle yoga practice under the supportive guidance of an experienced instructor.
Classes in this series will be led on a yoga mat and require comfort with getting up and down from the floor, as well as placing moderate weight on wrists, shoulders, and knees. Props will be provided. Please bring your own mat.
