At Grace Chiropractic we utilize a whole body approach and do not just treat the spine, but also restore movement to the extremities (shoulders,

Dr. Andrea Rathbone is a certified Active Release Techniques provider and is currently the only woman in the Asheville/Hendersonville area to hold that certification. She utilizes Active Release Techniques as well as Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization to treat various soft tissue injuries and overuse syndromes such as carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow, knee pain, plantar fasciitis and shin splints to name a few. Dr. Andrea Rathbone focuses on helping her patients optimize their quality of life and enhance overall performance. Whether it’s on the golf course, in the classroom, at work or training for a race, Dr. Andrea Rathbone ensures that the body is functioning optimally by minimizing pain, improving mobility and preventing injury.
