🌟 Client Spotlight: Jill Wilson 🌟
We love celebrating our 28:Tenn Fitness family, and today we’re shining the spotlight on Jill!💪🏻
Jill joined us two years ago with one big goal: to overcome her back and shoulder issues and get stronger. She showed up consistently—no matter what—and the results have been incredible:
✅ Stronger at 55 than she felt at 25
✅ More energy to enjoy daily activities like lifting, walking, and cycling on her Peloton🚴🏻♀️
✅ Healthier gut and steady weight loss through an anti-inflammatory diet (without giving up her Bruster's Real Ice Cream🍦)
Even while facing chronic migraines, Jill’s determination never wavered. As she puts it: “I made the decision that I didn’t want to go backward, so I got out of bed and showed up in the gym anyway.”
Her wins? Down two clothing sizes, lifting heavier weights, and enjoying more energy than ever before. Jill says, “Working with Adam is the biggest investment I’ve made in myself, second only to my college education.”
And her next goal is bold and inspiring: “To be stronger at 65 than I am at 55, and stronger at 75 than at 65.” We have no doubt she’ll get there.💥
