As I was getting ready for a 1:1 coaching meeting a few years ago, a thought crossed my mind...

I have truly loved that 1:1 and small group coaching have become a larger and larger part of my business over the years. It's incredibly rewarding to help people find their voice, overcome roadblocks and do things they never thought possible.
