If working with an enthusiastic trainer on a results-driven exercise routine sounds good to you, visit our Orangetheory location in Hendersonville, Tennessee. We offer state-of-the-art gym facilities, experienced trainers, and an enthusiastic environment. You can expect to burn between 500-1000 calories during one of our typical workout routines.

We offer a five-zone heart rate training program backed by science, and our 60-minute routine is split into intervals of cardiovascular and strength training. Because you’re always connected to a heart rate monitor, you’ll be able to see the level of intensity you’re working at and thereby maximize your workout.
