💚 Mental Health Awareness Matters — At Every Age 💚
In our office, we care about more than just smiles—we care about the people behind them. Mental health is just as important as physical health, for both children and adults.
For kids, big feelings can be hard to understand and express. Changes in behavior, trouble sleeping, or withdrawal may be signs they need extra support. A little patience, open conversation, and reassurance can go a long way.
For adults, stress, anxiety, and burnout are more common than we often admit. Taking time to check in with yourself, setting boundaries, and reaching out for support are all signs of strength—not weakness.
✨ Let’s create a space where it’s okay to talk about how we’re really feeling.
If you or your child need support, here are some helpful resources:
• National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI): nami.org
• Mental Health America: mhanational.org
• 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988)
• American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry: aacap.org
Your smile matters—but so does your well-being. 💚
